SPEEDERS: Disaster dead ahead
I would like to address all those speeding drivers on Nettleton Gulch Road who fly by people walking, running and biking. It is very obvious it is a narrow road and with blind corners. I cannot tell you how many times I have seen and encountered vehicles going well above the 25 mph speed limit.
One incident in particular occurred this past Monday. A very large red truck came speeding around a blind narrow curve, had to swerve hard to miss a lady running on the right side and then again swerve to miss a guy walking his dog on the left side. Both people had to jump out of the road to avoid being hit. The driver never slowed but did floor it and sped away.
Why can’t you all slow down? It’s not your personal race track. I wish the police would patrol in the early morning and see the idiot drivers and ticket them, before a very bad incident happens.
