MALCOLM: Testimony from one who knows

As a husband, father and friend, Dan is honest, helpful, caring, hardworking and concerned about his family, fellow commissioners, employees and taxpayers of Lakes Highway District. He studies the issues concerning road, budgets, by-laws, codes. When out of town he is always in communication with commissioners, office staff.

Has anyone ever heard of the new technology that we have here in Kootenai County, state of Idaho, USA or in the world where one can communicate through technical equipment? Dan will and has flown home at his own expense when needed.

I am retired from Post Falls Highway District after 15 years, and one of the commissioners went away for several months but we used technology, funny thing everything went smoothly. I was hired to work as a fill-in at Lakes Highway District, helping them with their budget which needed to be turned in within the month for state and federal funding for Lakes Highway District roads when Diane left.

Dan is my husband and best friend of 52-plus years, always honest, hardworking, helpful and caring about everyone.
