FOUNTAIN: A personal testimony

Diane Fountain worked for me at W-I Forest Products back in the 1990s. She was an exemplary employee. After the mill closure, I tried many times to re-hire Diane — her efficiency, positive attitude, and high level of work ethic are hard to find.

Unfortunately, she was not interested in a commute to Spokane every day, and has been happy and successful in many local businesses and agencies — most recently at the Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency.

I know that as Commissioner she will do an outstanding job for the constituents within the Lakes Highway District jurisdiction. She is honest, works hard and is a very dependable woman. She will do what is right for the taxpayer by representing each of us and bringing forth transparency of our tax dollars.
