COUNTY: Project riles up neighbors

| May 6, 2015 9:00 PM

The corruption with politicians is not just in Washington, D.C., it has trickled down to county levels. I am naming newly elected Kootenai County Commissioners Marc Eberlein and David Stewart as having a huge conflict of interest and blatantly ignoring “The People.” They are trying to push “Special Meetings” after an outpour of the local public did not agree with their agenda. They received campaign contributions from a developer and are now trying to secretly change the rules to develop land that the local citizens do not want. Local homeowners will have to pay for new schools, fire station, police, library, etc. I urge them to withdraw as commissioners due to the corruption and not doing what their job is. Just in case they forgot, it is “working for the People.”

The commissioners should be ashamed of themselves.

Quit wasting my tax dollars for your “New Comprehensive Plan.” We already have one!

I do not support the request for ZON14-0003, by Mort Construction.
