Curt R. Ford, 62

Curt R. Ford, 62, passed away unexpectedly at home in Post Falls, Idaho, on April 29, 2015.

Curt was the son of the late Robert Ford and Phyllis Ford. He was born on May 16, 1952, in Maple Valley, Wash.

Curt is survived by the love of his life, best friend and wife of 27 years, Sabrina, and his beloved dog, Tucker. He was dad to Angee (Mike) Brown and Behn (Marta) Johnson who live in Seattle. He is also survived by his mom, Phyllis Merlini, of Maple Valley; sister Cheryl (Gary) Douglas who lives in Arizona; niece Cyndi Jernstrom of Big Lake, Alaska; and nephew Craig (Amy) Young who lives in Maple Valley.

Curt never met a stranger. He brought smiles and made many friends with his outgoing personality and wonderful sense of humor. Among his numerous interests, he most enjoyed camping, boating, and fishing. He was a man of strength and spirit. Curt will be greatly missed.

The service will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, at English Funeral Chapel, 1700 N. Spokane St., Post Falls. Memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association www.heart.org.
