BYSTANDERS: Court perpetuates evil
“Evil triumphs when good men do nothing.” — Burke
I enjoy Sholeh Patrick’s writing very much. I have an observation re: her column, “bystanders.” A hypocrite is someone who says what thou shalt doest, but themselves doest not.
Here, a fraud scheme that has gained the support of our courts has made my family a victim of the fraud. The courts have concealed evidence with a court order, refused hearings, turned two “blind eyes” to the facts, protected criminal fraud from exposure, and rewarded the fraud perpetrators with a judgment taking 100 percent of our net worth, everything in our life estate.
No fact hearing allowed. No procedural nor substantial due process. No equal access to justice. No testimony, evidence, nor facts are available to support the judgment by the court for 100 percent of our net worth.
I have asked for some support — i.e., publicity — several times. Here, evil triumphs because it is ignored. Fraud, felonies and dishonesty that is concealed or ignored is thus protected, just as is bullying, cheating, spousal abuse or any other inappropriate activity.
Help! Our courts are being used to conceal and protect criminal fraud and to reward criminals for these acts! This violates the public trust and the Constitution. We just need someone to pay a little attention!
