AVISTA: Say no to surcharges

I wish all of us could charge someone when we lose money like Avista and others seem to be able to do. We all try to conserve energy so we can make the payments; now they want to make us pay for that double. It’s a win win for them and all of us pay and pay.

Our Social Security doesn’t get those raises and people on minimum wages don’t get those raises, either. I thought we lived in a free country. Well, it seems it gets less and less free.

Please don’t let them get away with this.
