recent L-C State track signees
LEWISTON - Lakeland High senior Kaidan Kelsey is among five high school seniors and three junior-college transfers who have signed with the Lewis-Clark State College track and field program, Warrior assistant coach Cyrus Hall announced.
Kelsey will compete as a jumper for the Warriors. Kelsey twice qualified for the state 4A meet in the high jump. She also lettered in volleyball and was an all-star in basketball.
"I'm as excited about Kaiden Kelsey as any kid we've got coming in," Hall said. "Her upside is through the roof and I believe that within a couple of years, Kaiden could be challenging the top high jumpers in the NAIA for podium spots."
