POST FALLS - Corbin Buck went1 for 2, notching his first hit at the 'AA' level in the 5th inning, but the Prairie Cardinals fell to the Spokane Expos 16U 15-3 in American Legion baseball on Monday.

"We didn't really give ourselves a chance to win today. We gave them 11 free bases with nine walks and two hit-by-pitches," Prairie coach Brian Fowler said."We also had four errors on fairly simple, routine plays which didn't help our cause either."

Prairie hosts the Spokane Expos 18U at 5:30 Wednesday at Post Falls High.
