FANS: Remember, it's just a game

12th man: That is a great attitude to have and I am glad everyone is a fan of the Seahawks, but there is a huge problem with this.

The problem lies when the fans start to belittle other fans because their team lost. I had people come up to me everywhere Sunday night (including the bathroom) and they would say things like “The Packers are losers, you need take that sweatshirt off right now, Hey the packers lost,” etc. My mom told me a story how she was harassed by Seahawks fans in Walmart after their win Sunday.

SERIOUSLY? How pathetic can you be? It’s a freaking game! The Seahawks don’t make you a better person than I am for pulling off a miracle win in the last two minutes of the game.

The Packers put up an impressive fight, but they made a few mental mistakes that cost them the game. The game was won in OT, mind you.

If football is more important to you than treating other human beings with the respect and dignity they deserve, you need to return that 12th man jersey and flag right now.
