Patricia Marie Owens, 76

Patricia Marie (Reagan) Owens 76, also known as Patty to her husband, went to Heaven on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015, at 12:36 a.m., surrounded by her loving husband Kenneth, and her beloved son, James.

Patricia was born and raised in Rock Island, Ill. on Aug. 15, 1938, to Patrick and Marie Reagan. She was the sister to James and John, and twin sister of Barbara.

In the early 1960s, Patt moved to southern California where she met and married her husband, Kenneth, and remained married for over 50 years. They raised their three children in California, of whom she was extremely proud. Patt and Ken lived in Leasburg, Mo. during the 1990s and moved to Post Falls, Idaho, in 2004 to be near their only grandchild, Jared Martin.

Patt was a caring, loving person who took care of her mother and aunt before they passed away. She was proud to become a Certified Nursing Aide, but mainly worked and retired as a customer service representative for First Interstate Bank.

Patricia was a friendly, upbeat, positive person who always had a smile that was very endearing and could light up a room. She even had a smile for her family up to the very end. She loved to read and take road trips to admire the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest, with a stop for an occasional ice cream cone. Patt especially loved spending time with her family, including her dogs.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, and twin sister Barbara Bruno. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; children Deborah Martin, James Owens, and Karen Owens; older brother and sister-in-law James and Martha Ann Reagan; younger brother John Reagan; son-in-law Mark Martin; grandson Jared Martin; extended family member Craig Morris; and numerous nieces and nephews.
