IDAHO: God loves us more

| January 2, 2015 8:00 PM

This is my last letter for 2014, I want to explain why I love Idaho so much.

They say Idaho is years behind the times but I believe the reasons this is said is really an asset. The difference as you go west is like night and day.

You travel from a peaceful mountain area into the state that is known for its pot smoking homophobes that are over-taxed to the limit.

Our neighbors to the west keep trying to change us but, like the many Californians who have moved in in droves have found out, we like things the way they are.

Let the world know, you have accepted every vice as “legal” but let it also be said that IDAHO HAS NOT.

Our roads are even better. Have you noticed as you cross the state line that studded snow tires tear up Washington roads faster than Idaho’s? Very strange but true! I guess God just loves Idaho best. Want to guess why?

Happy New Year!
