In addition to insurance, bonding ability and adequate licensure, the following standards will be used to evaluate the prospective bidders: Satisfactory experience of no less than four (4) acute care projects where company has performed any work within the last five (5) years. Describe in detail the scope of work contracted, start/finish dates and construction related costs excluding associated equipment costs. Satisfactory experience of proposed construction superintendent listing no less than four(4) acute care construction projects this individual has managed in the last five (5) years.
