John Pratt, 59

John Pratt, 59, passed away on the morning of Feb. 12, 2015, at the Hospice House in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, after a long battle with cancer.

John was born Oct. 18, 1955, in Sandpoint, Idaho, where he also graduated from Sandpoint High School. He ended up living out his life in Post Falls, Idaho.

John loved snowmobiling, camping and hunting with family and friends.

John is survived by his mother Elfriede "Frieda" Pratt of Sandpoint; siblings Jack (Polly) Pratt of Sandpoint, Jim (Marilyn) Pratt of Ponderay, Idaho, and Georgia Oberg of Spokane, Wash.; daughter Christy (Mike) Clauson of Deer Park, Wash. and son Don (Jennifer) Pratt of Post Falls; and his grandchildren whom he dearly loved: Maci, Ashlee, Jamie and Jewellynn.

There will be no services held. The family will hold a celebration of John's life on March 14, 2015. In lieu of flowers, donations in John Pratt's memory may be sent to Hospice of North Idaho, 9493 N. Government Way, Hayden, ID 83835.
