Michelle Christine (Roath) Cresswell, 39

Beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter and aunt, Michelle Christine (Roath) Cresswell, 39, of Kingston, Idaho, passed away Dec. 25, 2015, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She was born Feb. 28, 1976, in Portland, Ore. Michelle was the daughter of Lloyd C. and Susan (Robbins) Roath.

Michelle attended the Wallace and Post Falls high schools. She lived most of her life in Post Falls, Idaho, and the Silver Valley.

Michelle married Nick Cresswell on Dec. 28, 2008, in Murray, Idaho.

Michelle was a homemaker. She loved and enjoyed her family, especially her beloved children; she also enjoyed fishing, cooking and all music, with her favorite song being “Fight Song” by Rachel Platten.

Michelle is survived by her husband, Nick Cresswell, of the family home in Kingston, Idaho; her father, Lloyd (Penny) Roath of Murray, Idaho; five children, Devin Howell of Kellogg, Idaho, Jaylon Hollis of Kellogg, Idaho, Meghan Newman of Sacramento, Calif., Brylie Cresswell of Kingston, Idaho and Cylas Cresswell of Kingston, Idaho; two sisters, Shannon (Scott) Ferguson of Post Falls, and Kathi (Tavo) Carreno of Nipomo, Calif.; her paternal grandmother Velma Roath of Kingston; two nieces, Ali Blessinger and Olivia Ferguson; two nephews, Scottie Ferguson and Matthew Ferguson. Michelle was preceded in death by her mother, Susan Roath, and her grandfather, Lester Roath.

Memorial services will be announced and held in the spring. The family suggests that memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
