PF: That bark means thanks

As a frequent dog walker at Bay Street Park, I was pleasantly surprised recently to find the upper parking lot plowed, as well as the sidewalk down to the end of the lower parking lot. Thank you so much for keeping the park accessible. We are very blessed to have such a beautiful park to enjoy with or without our 4-footed friends.
