Russell sought on stalking charges

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Shane Andrew Russell.

Russell is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging him with felony probation violations. He is on probation for first-degree stalking charges. This is a $50,000 bond warrant with United States extradition.

Russell, 38, is a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and blond hair. He was last known to be living in Coeur d’Alene.

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is tasked with locating and apprehending violent fugitives charged with such crimes as homicide, bank robbery, robbery, kidnapping, rape/sexual assault, felonious assault, arson, drug trafficking, etc.
