NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF FIDUCIARY CAPACITIES FROM COLUMBIA STATE BANK TO AN AFFILIATED TRUST COMPANY Columbia State Bank ("Columbia"), a Washington state-chartered bank, and West Coast Trust Company, Inc. ("West Coast"), an affiliated Oregon trust company, have filed an application under Idaho Code Section 26-1402 to transfer Columbia's trustee and other fiduciary capacities to West Coast effective January 1, 2016. West Coast anticipates that it will be renamed Columbia Trust Company at the time of the transfer.
