TICKET: Thanks for nothing, Cd'A

On Nov. 22, a Sunday, I came to downtown Coeur d’Alene to attend a baby shower and have lunch. What a surprise I had when I came back to my car two hours later and found a $20 parking ticket for parking in a bank parking lot — on Sunday. WOW! Welcome to Coeur d’Alene!

There were eight other cars in the lot. The only ones with tickets had Shoshone plates — two of us.
