Donna Berkey, 81

Donna Berkey, 81, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, our dear mother, grandmother and sister Donna Irene Berkey was born Aug. 10, 1934, in Harrison, Wyo., to Kirk and Wilma Thornburg.

Her parents preceded her in death as well as two brothers, Roger and Preston. Donna is survived by five nieces and three nephews and numerous friends.

She was an accomplished musician, who played the accordion, organ, keyboard and composed many beautiful songs and music. Donna had a big heart, a beautiful smile and opened her arms to all. She faithfully served Jehovah The Almighty God until her death on Aug. 18, 2015. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Her memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 2015, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 949 N. Syringa St., Post Falls, Idaho.
