CONGRESS: Great mystery solved

For the longest time I have analyzed in my mind the question, “Why can’t Congress ever get it right or done?” Then all of a sudden as I was watching a nature program the other day I finally got the answer I have been searching for! Did you know that the official name for a bunch of orangutans is called “A CONGRESS?” Do I need to explain further?
