NEWS: Spotlight what's important

On page A3, the World/Nation section, you ran several large pictures of tulip time in the Netherlands. Very pretty, but not nearly as important news as the rather small story you ran below it “evidence reveals barely known Gulf oil leak”

In the article it mentions that Taylor Energy Company has managed to keep the story below the radar. If, indeed, this leak is one of the biggest and longest running leaks in the Gulf, than this is a news story that should receive much more attention and perhaps even a graph showing the size of the leak relative to other famous leaks. Your role as a newspaper is to bring important stories like this to the radar screen in order to keep the public informed on important issues.

Thank you.
