HOUSING: Post Falls losing war

So now Post Falls needs smaller footprints for housing lots for more little houses on the prairie? Let’s increase the density in housing and between our ears. Good thinking.
We’d better change our name to Poor Falls, since the “most boring panhandle city” Post Falls has now assumed the role of a poor man’s Coeur d’Alene.
And like the area around “then pristine” University City shopping mall 50 years ago, panhandlers and hookers from Sprague Avenue in Spokane Valley can relocate here eventually, too.
It’s a Ward and June Cleaver business model in a world that is now anything else goes but Ward and June Cleaver values.
