Grant, Law to speak
at upcoming panel
MOSCOW - Two major league baseball legends - James "Mudcat" Grant and Vernon Law - will visit the University of Idaho on April 15 to discuss the role of religion and race in their playing caeers and professional sports.
Law, originally from Meridian, and Grant will join a sports historian from the University of Southern California for a panel discussion beginning at 7 p.m. at the 1912 Center, located at 412 E. Third Street in Moscow. The program is free and open to the public.
