DISCOUNTS: Don't penalize customers

All retailers should note a common error which is being made. Discounts are being offered to the customers only if they have email or meet certain criteria. If the retailer tries to grasp the old-fashioned value that ALL customers are VIPs, then all customers should obtain a discount. This will certainly win your customers’ respect and generate repeat business.
