Animal hospital holding client appreciation party

River City Animal Hospital will celebrate its 10-year anniversary with a client appreciation party this weekend.

The celebration will take place Saturday from noon-6 p.m. at the animal hospital, 310 N. Herborn Place, Post Falls.

Admission is free.

There will be a "Dr. Dunk Tank," bounce house, photo booth, food vendors and live music.

Local pet rescues will attend: Heath's Haven, Great Dane Rescue, Double J Dog Ranch and Purrs 4 Life.

Training and other dog-related demonstrations will be given by Cathy Fox of Paw & Order Dog Training, the Kootenai County Sheriff's K9 Unit, and CDA Dog Fanciers.

Also expected to attend: Pretty Pooch Grooming, Pawpular Companions Pet Boutique, NW Pet Resort, and Dr. Ginman of Inland Northwest Veterinary Specialty Care.
