Woman facing sexual battery charge

POCATELLO - A 31-year-old eastern Idaho woman police said had inappropriate sexual contact with a teenage boy has been charged with two felonies.

Kimberly Rosean Speck of Malad was arrested Wednesday.

She's charged with sexual battery of a minor child age 16 to 17 and solicitation to commit such acts.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office said it started investigating after reports Speck had inappropriate sexual contact with a high school aged male, and that she sent pornographic photos to high school aged males.

Caldwell city councilman facing sex charge

CALDWELL - A southwest Idaho city councilman is facing a charge of sexual battery of a minor 16 to 17 years old.

Police arrested Middleton City Councilman Bradley Spencer on Thursday and he was booked into the Canyon County Jail at 10 p.m.
