• Casley joins TitleOne as office administrator

TitleOne Corporation announced the addition of Kristy Casley. Casley joined the team as the office administrator. With more than 11 years of real estate experience in North Idaho, Casley sits as committee chair for the Festival of Trees, is an active member of the Grievance and Community Outreach Committees for the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors, and has 10 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and event planning.

• Cunningham appointed to senior housing council

Dennis Cunningham, president of ActiveWest Builders, has been appointed by the Urban Land Institute to serve on the Senior Housing Council. ActiveWest is the developer and builder of Meadow Ranch, a 55-plus, active adult community in Coeur d'Alene.

Manny Gonzalez, a principal of KTGY - an architecture and planning firm with offices in Colorado, Virginia and California - recommended Cunningham for the appointment. He joins other professionals in the active adult and service-enriched side of the industry for regional and national ULI meetings and conferences.

Cunningham will be in Phoenix this week for the National Association of Home Builders 2014 Fall Board of Directors Meeting where he also serves on the 55+ Housing Council.
