Kayaker's body pulled from Snake River

IDAHO FALLS (AP) - Authorities have recovered the body of a kayaker from the South Fork of the Snake River near Idaho Falls.

The Idaho Falls Post Register reports the kayaker, whose name and age have not been released, became caught underneath a tree near the river's edge just before 1 p.m. Saturday. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office says three other kayakers were rescued from the riverbank.
