VOTE: For principled people

| October 31, 2014 10:18 PM

Principles count! I’m a retired Air Force officer who was privileged to serve our Country at home and abroad. I was also privileged to have a second career serving impoverished elderly people and people with disabilities. I have a son with a severe disability. As such, I tend to vote for candidates who have the courage to stand by the Judeo-Christian principles upon which our nation was founded and for which so many millions have died or been wounded.

Chief among these principles are compassion for others, the worth of and respect due to every individual life starting at conception, personal accountability for the intended and unintended consequences of one’s own choices/actions, and living one’s life committed to integrity, the rule of law and traditional family values.

Kootenai County Commissioner candidates Marc Eberlein and Dave Stewart and County Clerk Jim Brannon will get my vote accordingly. . . they should get yours as well!
