SOUZA: Informed and ready to work

We are here to support Mary Souza for our next Idaho 4th District State Senator to represent all of the citizens of Kootenai County in the Nov. 4 election. Mary is and will be “one of a kind” as a state senator who will represent all of us from Coeur d’Alene in the Idaho Legislature.

She is a very informed citizen about the issues of Coeur d’Alene.

She proved herself as a great leader, even in defeat, in the mayor’s race in 2013. She was gracious and offered the new mayor, Steve Widmyer, any help she could give him. This is what I call a great person extending her hand in defeat.

Then again in the May 2014 primary election by winning approximately 2 to 1 and by only spending around $1,200 vs. $6,000 from her Republican opponent.

Mary was asked by several people in the Coeur d’Alene area to run for State Senator from Coeur d’Alene.

She is a great speaker and one that is humble, honest, kind and once you get to talk to her, you will see “she is down to Earth.” She is “one of us” and will be a great voice for North Idaho.

She will also represent the mayor and City Council of Coeur d’Alene as a voice for us in the legislature. We believe that she will serve our interests very well.

Mary Souza will give us 100 percent of her time at being a State Senator for Coeur d’Alene and all of Kootenai County.
