SOUZA: Opened newcomer's eyes

I am writing in support of Mary Souza for state senator. I learned much about Kootenai County from her when she ran for mayor last year. I was new to Idaho and wanted to know more about my new residence (I lived in Coeur d’Alene then) so I attended several public forums of the candidates for many different offices. I was very impressed with Mary’s depth of knowledge of many aspects of Kootenai County.

I believe that she will serve the interests of our county very well. Even though I cannot vote for her I urge those in her district to vote for Mary Souza as I believe she is the best candidate.
