The houses were fully engulfed in flames on Thursday when deputies arrived at the homes.
Convicted murderer seeks new trial
POCATELLO - The lawyer for a man convicted of killing his classmate, Cassie Jo Stoddart, is asking a judge for a new trial.
Torey Adamcik's lawyer said he should be given a new trial or a new sentence. Dennis Benjamin said Adamcik's defense team was ineffective and the sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole is cruel and unusual punishment.
