CONCERT: Blown away by the noise

Thank you Kootenai County Fairgrounds for being so considerate to your taxpaying neighbors. That sorry excuse for a concert you ran on Oct. 4 was way over noise limits. My home was shaking for three hours. But I’m glad you made your buck at others’ expense. I wish nothing but the worst for you as it will be well deserved.
