STRANSKY: Won't get this vote

Cheryl Stransky came to my house last weekend. I asked her if she was a Republican or a Democrat. She stated Democrat. I told her I couldn’t support someone who was aligned with Obama. She said something about it only being a state election (I don’t remember her exact words). I shook my head no; she reached around me, took her flyer off my door handle and walked away! She didn’t deny supporting Obama or any of his policies so I have to believe that she is in full support of same.

Do we really want someone, who supports this administration, making decisions for the citizens of the state of Idaho? Whether or not the statements made by Ms. Kolts, (letter to the editor Sept. 28) against Barbieri are true, is that really a good reason to elect someone who aligns themselves with Obama and his policies? If Barbieri isn’t voting as his constituents want, find a Republican who will! It DOES matter whether we elect a Republican or a Democrat to represent us — here in Idaho and at the national level.

The progressives and left-wing individuals who are determined to change our way of life are like a deadly infection. Without massive doses of antibiotics we will die! The antibiotics we DON’T need are more Democrats promising “change”…can’t say that’s worked very well for America.

I love America and I love Idaho, so PLEASE don’t let those who are trying to destroy this great country of ours win — VOTE IN NOVEMBER.
