SIMS: Stands up for taxpayers
Kathy Sims has actively worked for and supported our property and taxpayer rights.
The Republican platform stands for less government and less taxes.
Kathy Sims with her determination continually sticks to the party platform, her beliefs and votes NO on any legislation that requires more taxes and any increase in government. Kathy doesn’t say one thing and does another, she can be trusted.
Proof is she voted against Obamacare in Idaho (called Idaho Care), she voted against Common Core in Idaho (called Idaho Core — WHY?). Kathy Sims believes that the federal government does not belong in charge of our health or our education. She wants states rights and local control to remain sacred.
Why did this happen? Were the dollars too big that came with these programs to say NO to the federal government? Were the special interests too powerful for the legislatures to say NO? Were the bills read and passed or were they passed and then read? Follow the dollar.
Now the state has brought us the Behavior Health Crisis Center. The bill states that the cities and counties SHALL contribute the maximum possible, draining our resources. (What is maximum?) The center is for one day — 23 hours and 59 minutes — and it must be voluntary. Do we need another government agency to solve a medical problem? Can voluntary work? Can 24 hours work? Can the government work?
VOTE and vote for Kathy Sims, you can count on her.
