LDS: A look at Joseph Smith
There is confusion which is not of God in LDS man-instilled ever changing beliefs. Looking at the past of Joseph Smith and his successor Brigham Young is entertaining.
There are two LDS groups — Utah and Missouri. One preached polygamy as Joseph Smith and one did not. Smith was a “gold digger” in more ways than one and as his father they spent their time looking for buried treasure. Young Smith supposedly found some golden plates with Egyptian hieroglyphics of a non-existent language which he interpreted into the “Book of Mormon.” History available to anyone will certainly show how cults begin and grow to the size of LDS.
It is beyond being a fairy tale shown also in their teaching that Adam (being a god) and Mary had relations of which was born Jesus Christ. Also their past teaching that the Lord had three wives — Mary, Martha and Mary Magdalene.
Christians in total need to pray for LDS and their recognizing truth unto salvation through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.
