Karrol Lea McDaniel (December 5, 1945 - May 2, 2014)

Karrol Lea McDaniel, 68, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, went to be with the Lord on May 2, 2014.

Karrol was born in Rapid City, S.D. to George O'Riley and Bessie Fuller O’Riley. She moved with her family to Coeur d’Alene in the early 1950’s. Karrol enjoyed ceramics, crafts, cooking, baking, and walking with friends at the mall. She enjoyed helping others, and would bake for her family and friends. She also volunteered at a local thrift shop. Karrol worked in home health care for several years. It pleased her that she was helping people to stay in their own homes.

Karrol is survived by her daughter, Karry Tanner; son, Kennith Tanner; son and daughter-in-law, Russel and Marilyn Tanner; brothers and sisters-in-law: Leonard and Lois O’Riley, and George and Vickie O’Riley; grandsons: Cory (Tarah), Curtis, Travis (Caralea), Kelvin, and Sheldon; great-grandson, Jackson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 31, at Riverview Cemetery, 1001 Lincoln Way, Coeur d’Alene.
