WHALEN: A man of character

Why Pat Whalen over Bob Nonini?

There are some basic questions when choosing a person for public office:

• Can you trust this person?

• Do they have the character to represent you?

• Will they listen to all viewpoints and then make a respectful decision?

Asking these above questions of Pat Whalen, I can say definitely YES! Pat is a person you can trust.

I started my business here in Post Falls back in 2001 and over time got to know many people. District #3 was my district, and I was excited to get to know my local state representatives. Over the years I spent time with all the legislators in my district: Dick Compton, Jim Hammond, Frank Henderson and Bob Nonini. I was even Bob Nonini’s campaign manager back in 2006.

The big question: You have to ask, why do Governor Otter, Frank Henderson, Jim Hammond, Dick Compton, Clay Larkin and I all support Pat Whalen over Nonini? I think the answer is simple - Mr. Nonini lacks the character that is expected of this position. Join me in electing a true representative of the people, Pat Whalen.
