BIRTHS

Lydia Hope Frank was born April 22, 2014, to Whitney and Conrad Frank of Coeur d'Alene. She weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces. Sister is Tia, 2. Maternal grandmother is Christine Gibbon of Post Falls. Paternal grandparents are Jim and Julie Frank of Sandpoint. Great-grandmothers are Mae Blain of Laurel, Montana, and Jo Russell of Post Falls.

Greta Marie Vincent was born May 1, 2014, at Kootenai Health to Alisa (Fallon) and Christopher Vincent of Coeur d'Alene. She weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces. Sisters are Stella Grace Vincent, 6, and Sadie Jane Vincent, 2. Maternal grandparents are Ellen and Craig Fallon of Kirkland, Wash. Paternal grandparents are the late Myrna and Lloyd Vincent of Norfolk, Nebraska. Great-grandparents are Honey and Bill Fallon of Williamsburg, Va.

EDUCATION

Emily Ann Chipman, a Coeur d'Alene native, graduated Magna Cum Laude and with high distinction with her master's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management in their spring Commencement Ceremonies held April 24 and 25 in Provo, Utah. She was also awarded the School of Accountancy's Outstanding Professional Student honor for 2014.

Ms. Chipman was born and raised in Coeur d'Alene and graduated as Salutatorian of her class from Coeur d'Alene High School in 2009, along with earning a full International Baccalaureate diploma.

Emily interned her first two college summers at Coeur d'Alene Mines and spent spring semester of her junior year in Spain.

She was heavily recruited by all of the "Big Four" accounting firms and completed an internship in the spring of 2013 at Ernst & Young (EY) in San Jose, California. She has accepted a full-time job offer from EY, but will first serve an 18-month mission for her church.
