I am a new business owner in downtown Coeur d’Alene. “The Way Back” at 213 N. Fourth St. is a co-op shop selling vintage and antique items, as well as art and local handmade wares. I’m ever so grateful to Lake City Development Corporation, our landlord, for all they did in helping to get this fantastic art deco building ready for us to do business. I could not have hoped for a better, more helpful landlord.
