GROWTH: Pain in the apartments

Is anyone paying attention to what is happening on the western side of Cd’A? Who is allowing (city or county?) developers to build row after row of apartments, which, in five to 10 years, will have all of the charm of a ghetto?

Even Riverstone is not spared. Someone is asleep at the switch! Who is going to take the blame for this travesty? They are a blight on our beautiful city.
