Fugitive of the Week

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Shane Andrew Russell.

Russell is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging him with felony failure to appear on stalking charges. This is a $100,000 bond warrant with United States extradition.

Russell is a 5-foot-9, 160-pound white male with brown eyes and blond hair, last known to be living in Post Falls.
