Shaw, a senior from Lake City High, qualified for the NCAA Division I men's championship meet starting today Austin, Texas. He will compete in the 100-meter breaststroke, 200 breaststroke and 200 individual medley, as well as the breast legs on the 200 and 400 medley relay teams. Action will be broadcast on ESPN3.
Danielle Failor
Army basketball
Failor, a freshman forward from Post Falls High, started in three of the Black Knights' 33 games this season, averaging 4.3 points and 3.9 rebounds a game. Failor played 14 minutes in the team's loss to Maryland in the first round of the NCAA tournament on Sunday.
Hallie Gennett
Sacramento State basketball
Gennett, a freshman guard from Post Falls High, started in 14 of the Hornets' 30 games this season, averaging 11.2 points per game and making 32.3 percent of her 3-point field goals (85 of 263). Sacramento State finished 18-12.
Dayna Drager
College of Idaho baskettball
Drager, a senior guard from Coeur d'Alene High, was named to the 2014 women's basketball Daktronics-NAIA Division II All-America Scholar team. It is the second time that Drager has won the award. Drager started 27 of the team's 28 games this season, averaging 10.9 points per game for the Yotes (16-12).

Rowe, a sophomore shortstop from Lake City High, is batting .373 (22 for 59) with 12 runs scored for the Coyotes (14-8), with two home runs and 13 RBIs.

Lewis, a junior who played at North Idaho College, led the Roadrunners (8-22) in scoring with 12.6 points per game in 27 games played. Lewis shot a team-high .839 from the free throw line (141 of 168).
