Elk Point VP awarded fraud examiner certification

Brent Lyles, vice president of Elk Point Enterprises of Coeur d'Alene, was awarded the Fraud Examiner Certification through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners of Austin, Texas.

To achieve this certification, Lyles had to pass a four-part examination and meet a set of criteria measuring character, experience, education and knowledge.

Under FAI International, an Elk Point company, Lyles will have direct responsibility for investigating and examining fraud as it relates to financial transactions as well as continuing to assist businesses worldwide in the deterrence and prevention of fraud and theft within their organizations.
