Local real estate agents earn John L. Scott award

Local John L. Scott agents fared well in the company's most recent awards contest.

Mark Montgomery won the President's Gold Award, a prestigious accomplishment going to an agent who has closed more than $150,000 in closed gross commission or at least 36 units.

Three John L. Scott agents earned Emerald Awards: Tanya Beebe, Danielle Watson and Patty Muhlhauser. All three closed more than $75,000 in closed gross commissions or 18 units.

Locally, the Top Achiever Award went to Barbara Yeager, while Rookie of the Year went to Shauna Foss. The Spirit of John L. Scott Award, which is voted on by the agents and goes to the person who best represents the company's culture and community support, was won by Kelly Thiel.

The John L. Scott office in Coeur d'Alene, 1884 W. Bellerive Lane, Suite No. 104 in Riverstone, is the only corporate-owned John L. Scott office in Idaho. It opened last November.

John L. Scott also has offices in Oregon and Washington.
