9:56 a.m.: A green John Deere snowblower valued at $1,200 was reported stolen from the bed of a 2003 GMC truck parked at a residence in the 8200 block of North Ridgewood Drive in Hayden.

Carl M. Carter, 28, Coeur d'Alene: 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, work release, $200 in fines and one year probation for driving without privileges.

Mark D. Carlson, 38, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail with 142 days suspended and credit for time served, $300 in fines and two years probation for eluding a police officer.
