Applicant must organized and in good standing with the State of Idaho as a non-profit housing development entity, with documented successful experience developing, constructing and selling modest single-family homes to HOME-eligible homebuyers. Applicants with previous experience developing affordable housing in Idaho using HOME funds will be given preference. Federal cross-cutting and HUD requirements apply to this activity.
