'Ready? Set, Grow!' at library March 13

COEUR d'ALENE - If you have a green thumb or if you are hoping to grow one, an upcoming program at the Coeur d'Alene Public Library will have information for you.

The second-annual "Ready? Set, Grow!" is scheduled for March 13 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Coeur d'Alene Public Library.

The public is invited to come celebrate the pending arrival of spring gardens with informational booths and displays sponsored by the "Plant a Row for the Hungry" project, seed swap enthusiasts, the Idaho Master Gardener Program at the Kootenai County Extension Office and more. Information will also be available about composting and raised-bed gardening.
