Janet Tekla Ferraro

Janet Tekla Ferraro, beloved wife and mother, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014. She passed away suddenly at home of natural causes.

Janet is survived by her husband, Ronald Ferraro, four daughters: Kim (Paul) Clark, Sharon Sorrell, Julie (Daniel) Stanifer, and Shelly (Michael) Austad; two sons: William (Donna) Sorrell, and Patrick (Jessie) Sorrell; 11 granddaughters, 12 grandsons, seven great granddaughters, and eight great grandsons, as well as many friends.

Janet was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Sorrell; her parents, Elmer and Trudy Slaven; her grandson, Zachary Stanifer; and in-laws, Everett and Mary Sorrell.

Janet truly loved the way Jesus loved, a "come as you are, unconditional love.” She was loved, and will be missed, by many.

A memorial service was held at North Country Chapel last Sunday, March 2.
